Ads can’t be closed or crash my app!
If you can’t close an ad or ads crash your device, it can have the following reasons:
We are already in contact with our ad mediation partner about this issue. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to reproduce the issue ourselves. Please “Contact us” with as much information as possible. Luckily, we know from players that this issue can disappear after a while.
If you have lost some resources due to a crash, we are happy to compensate you. Drop us an Email at support@swift-games.com.
Your device has 2 GB RAM or less.
Unfortunately, there is not much we can do. We recommend to play Heroes vs. Hordes with at least 4 GB RAM.
